Work in a way that feels aligned

At Winding Willows, we do things differently—slower, more relational, and grounded in the nervous system. We’re building a space where both children and practitioners feel supported.

This is not a fast-paced, productivity-driven environment. We don’t rush sessions or push outcomes. We focus on regulation, connection, and meeting each person where they are.

We’re looking for practitioners who value presence, curiosity, and care that feels calm, respectful, and individualized.

We don’t always have active openings, but we’re always open to connecting with aligned practitioners.

What you’d be doing
Providing gentle, hands-on sessions that support nervous system regulation and fascial release, informed by the Gillespie Approach®.

What we value

  • Light-touch, responsive care
  • Ability to listen to the body rather than direct it
  • Comfort working with both children and adults
  • A calm, grounded presence

Good fit if you…
Are drawn to subtle, body-based work and want to practice in a space that honors stillness, safety, and deep listening.

The Nest Group Facilitator

What you’d be doing
Leading small, caregiver-child group classes that support connection, regulation, and development through shared experience.

What we value

  • Ability to guide groups while staying flexible and responsive
  • Comfort engaging both children and caregivers
  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment
  • Integrating education naturally into play and interaction

Good fit if you…
Enjoy community-based work and believe both children and caregivers benefit from learning, growing, and connecting together. The primary focus is creating a sense of safety, trust, and ease.

Pediatric Physical Therapist

What you’d be doing
Providing one-on-one physical therapy for children and adolescents, with a focus on movement, strength, coordination, and functional development — delivered through individualized, attentive care.

What we value

  • One-on-one, uninterrupted sessions
  • Thoughtful, individualized treatment planning
  • Integration of movement, coordination, and whole-body development
  • Collaboration with caregivers to support carryover at home
  • Efficiency and focus within sessions without sacrificing quality

Good fit if you…
Are a PT who values both quality and efficiency — someone who wants to deliver focused, individualized care while building meaningful relationships with patients and families.
